ERWÜNSCHTE NUTZUNG: Treffpunkt und gemeinsamer Urlaub französischer u. deutscher Kameraden. Andere Nutzung selbstverständlich möglich!

Beschreibung des Geländes:
Das Grundstück (Wiesenfläche), Größe ca. 1600qm, ist nahezu komplett mit Wald umgeben und mit "Schafszaun" gegen das Wild eingezäunt.
Auf einer Waldlichtung befindet sich ein ehemaliges Unterkunftsgebäudes eines Bauernhofs, welches als Chalet ausgebaut ist.

Beschreibung des Chalets:
-Gesamtwohnfläche auf zwei Etagen (Erdgeschoss u. Kellergeschoss) ca. 110 qm plus 40qm Terrasse

-Erdgeschoss: Wohnzimmer (Kamin mit Glastür – Fernseher [Astra – Digital - Programme + DVBS-Frankreich] - Doppel-Schlafcouch) mit Küchenecke (Mikrowellenherd, Backofen, Kochfeld, Kühlschrank), ein Doppelzimmer, ein Einzelzimmer, Nasszelle mit Toilette, Dusche u. Waschbecken.

-Kellergeschoss: Partyraum (bis 30 Personen) mit Bar und Flammkuchen-Ofen (zusätzliche Betten als Schlafgelegenheiten möglich u. vorhanden), Nasszelle mit Toilette, Dusche u. Waschbecken, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Kellervorraum, Kellerraum, Heizungsraum, Werkstatt-Abstellraum).

-Schlafgelegenheiten im Chalet = 5 plus Doppelbettcouch und zusätzliche Feldbetten.

-Biwak mit eigenen Zelten, Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobil ist möglich..

-Infrastruktur etc.: Internet, Elektrizität, Wasser (kalt u. warm), Flüssiggas. Heizung erfolgt mit Gas-Warmwasserheizung u. je einer Holzfeuerstelle pro Etage. Nächstes Restaurant (Althorn) ca. 2km - zu Fuß ca. 1km oder Melch (Reipertswiller) - ca. 6km. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) ca. 7km (Lemberg).

-Freizeitgestaltung: siehe Internetseiten (Nord-Elsass [67], Bitche [57230] und Umgebung). Wanderwege, Fahrradwege, Monumente, Burgen, Maginot-Linie, Schmalspureisenbahn, Museen, Schiffshebewerk etc. In den Sommermonaten ist die Benutzung eines Privatschwimmbads in Reipertswiller möglich (Anfahrt ca. 11km).

-Versorgung u. Service: SELBSTVERSORGUNG UND SELBSTSERVICE!!! D.h. Schlafsack, Bettwäsche, Verpflegung, Sanitärartikel (- müssen biologisch abbaubar sein da biologische Klärgrube) u. was sonst so benötigt wird ist selbst mitzubringen. Brennholz ist vorhanden. KEINE Waschmaschine - KEIN Geschirrspüler. Geschirr u. Bestecke sind in gewisser Anzahl (10 - 15) vorhanden. Filter-Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Grill vorhanden (Holzkohle selbst beschaffen!).

-Anfahrt: siehe Plan oben (die letzte Strecke = ca. 700m Waldweg - Achtung im Winter bei Schnee sind möglicherweise Schneeketten erforderlich - Schneekettenpflicht vom 01. November bis 31. März!)

Dans une petite clairière se trouve un ancien habitat de ferme, qui a été rénové en chalet.

Description du chalet:
Surface habitable sur deux étages (R.D.C et sous-sol) env. 110m²
plus 40 m² de terrasse

-R.D.C.: Séjour (Cheminée avec porte vitrée – Télévision [Astra – Programmes - numérique + DVBS = TNTSat France]- canapé lit double) avec coin-cuisine (four micro-ondes, four, plaque de cuisson, Frigo), une chambre double, une chambre simple, salle d'eau avec WC, douche et lavabo.

-Sous-sol: petite "Salle de fête" (max. 30 pers.) avec bar et four à Tarte flambé (Lits supplémentaires à disposition), salle d'eau avec WC, douche et lavabo, réfrigérateur et congélateur, antichambre au sous-sol, pièce au sous-sol, chaufferie local, débarras atelier). Lits supplémentaires à disposition .

-Bivouac avec tentes possible, Caravane ou mobil-home

-Infrastructures etc.: Internet, électricité, eau (froide et chaude), gaz liquéfié. Le chauffage se fait par eau chaude au gaz et un foyer au bois par étage. Restaurant le plus proche (Althorn) à environ 2 km - environ 1 km à pied ou Melch (Reipertswiller) - à environ 6 km. Magasin le plus proche (supermarché) à environ 7 km (Lemberg).

-Activités de loisirs : voir site Internet (Alsace du Nord [67], Bitche [57230] et environs). Sentiers de randonnée, pistes cyclables, monuments, châteaux, ligne Maginot, chemin de fer à voie étroite, musées, ascenseur à bateaux, etc. Pendant les mois d'été, l'utilisation d'une piscine privée à Reipertswiller est possible (à environ 11 km).

-Approvisionnement et service: A VOUS DE GÉRER!!! C'est-à-dire un sac de couchage, du linge de lit, de la nourriture, des articles sanitaires (doivent être biodégradables car il y a une fosse septique biologique) et tout ce que vous devez apporter avec vous. Du bois de chauffage est disponible. PAS de lave-linge - PAS de lave-vaisselle. La vaisselle et les couverts sont disponibles en un certain nombre (10 à 15). Machine à café filtre à disposition. Grill disponible (apportez votre propre charbon de bois !).

-basement: party room (up to 30 people) with bar and oven "Tarte Flambée" (additional beds as sleeping arrangements possible and available), bathroom with toilet, shower u. Washbasin, cellar room, Fridge and freezer, basement room, boiler room, workshop storage room).

-Sleeping arrangements in the chalet = 5 plus double sofa bed and additional camp beds.

-Bivuak with own tents is possible. Caravan or mobile home

Infrastructure etc .: INTERNET, Electricity, water (cold & warm), LPG. Heating is done with Gas powered hot water radiators u. one wood fire place per floor. Nearest restaurant (Althorn) about 2km - on foot about 1km or Melch (Reipertswiller) - about 6km. Nearest supermarket about 7km (Lemberg).

-Recreation: see websites (Nord-Alsace [67], Bitche [57230] and environment). Hiking trails, cycle paths, monuments, castles, Maginot Line, narrow gauge railway, museums, boat lift, etc. During the summer months, the use of a private swimming pool at Reipertswiller is possible (approx 11km).

Supply u. Service: SELF SUPPLY AND SELF SERVICE !!! Sleeping bag, bed linen, food, sanitary items (must be biodegradable because biological septic tank) u. what else you need you have to bring by your own. Firewood is available.
